[Everything doTERRA] Re: Flu, weak legs?

ileenj, weak muscles could come from a few things, one of which is
muscle atrophy due to inactivity (like 12 days of being sick with the
flu). Another thing is electrolyte imbalance, which can be serious
depending on the degree of imbalance. Potassium, Calcium, Magnesium
and Sodium are the minerals that make up the electrolytes. It is a
good idea to check with your health care provider for help with
balancing the fluids.
