If it is indeed allergies I would apply a combo of Lemon, Lavender & Peppermint to its paws 1-2x day. Remember a tiny amy goes a LONG way w/dogs so I would start out w/less than 1 drop ea. Also you may want to look @ the food you are feeding it b/c most of the time their allergies are food born:/ I would suggest no wheat and/or corn & try brown rice w/lamb or veal...the fewer ingredients the better. Another suggestion (if he is indoors) w/b to run your diffuser w/Purify or really almost any of our oils to help kill allergens in the air:) Hope this helps...
