Lemon Lavender& Peppermint 3 drops each seem to help many w/allergies. I know we also live in TN & we take this pretty much daily...prior to doterra I was @ dr ofc every 6-8 wks needing antibiotics & steroids for sinus infections etc...I am happy to report that I have not had to take an antibiotic in 2yrs...I have used my oils instead & they have worked wonders for me. So idk how long you have been using doterra but I hope you soon experience the same relief:) I have a gal in AL who says she lived on Allegra, Claritin & OTC sinus meds from about Feb-Oct but what totally worked for her is Breathe...she does do the Allergy Shooter mentioned about as well but her "go to" oil is Breathe.
You didn't mention a diffuser but if you dont have one I HIGHLY suggest you get one & if you do have one you may need to run it w/Breathe, Purify and/or Onguard...all of these &many other oils will help kill any allergens in the air:)
