What do you mean by non-moldy? Do you mean emulsified?

It's the water, the high vibration in the oils and your intention that
works in a spray for the aura. I use Frankie, Rose or Peppermint in
some water or witch hazel or alcohol like Everclear or some sort if
non-smelly kind of alcohol. (not rubbing)
The witch hazel or alcohol just help the oils to stay non-moldy in the
water.
