[Everything doTERRA] What to do if your oils get hot in shipping?

I have a customer that was worried that her oils were damaged during
shipping because they were so hot when they arrived (summer in CA).
Can anyone tell me if the therapeutic benefits were lessened by this
heat in the Fed Ex truck? I want to reassure her that her oils are
safe to use and still have all of their benefits.
