My husband is a carpet contractor.  He uses a product called URINOFF. Call carpet stores in your area and see if they have it.  It has an enzyme in it that crystalizes the urine.  It is liquid, so it makes your carpet wet.  You will vacuum the carpet with a wet/dry vac.  If it is heavily saturated with urine, you need to pull the carpet back, treat the front and back of the carpet, replace the pad in that area and treat the subfloor as well. 

Hope you can find one of these two products.

I am a Real Estate Agent and I would suggest for the Cat Urine: purchase a gallon of "Natures Miracle" from Pet Smart or any other pet supply; get a black light locate the areas that shine and thoroughly saturate them and wait 2 weeks. Black light again and repeat. Do not attempt to remove any of the puddles you create with the Natures Miracle let it dry naturally and allow it two weeks to work. Rental Property owners usually are not willing to have a carpet replaced because of Cat Urine. I have had fabulous luck with this product.

1) You are correct with the cleanse, right away I would get Lavender and Melalueca with spray tops and spritz the affected area then cover with a light dressing of virgin coconut oil (the hard one). This oil will melt in your hands so you will have an easier time spreading it and it is really good for the skin.

2) Breathe in the diffuser and Serenity on the feet, back of neck and rub the access on the pillow before going to bed.

3)Pea on the carpet, get new carpet. You can spray with Purify but I am not sure that will completely get rid of the smell.
