For sciatica....if you will find your release points for it by taking your hands and putting them on your back beside your spine at the waist, and then where your middle finger rests start digging around on your tushy cheek and you will find the point of entry (I call it) that once massaged will release the pain from your sciatica (you will know you found it when it takes your breath away) and once you release it....use some of the oils in the previous posts....Peppermint and Deep Blue with Basil works great...also  Birch if you have it...if not Wintergreen for the pain.    Happy New Year!   Julie Ann

There are some wonderful oils for Sciatica, I would recommend the following blend that you would add a little coconut oil to for spreading:

Equal amounts of Deep Blue, Peppermint, Lavender and Wintergreen. rub on lower back, buttocks and affected leg. If these oils do not work

here are a few others that would also be great but not everyone has these.

Roman Chamomile

Helichyrsum

Thyme

Balance

White Fir

Sandalwood

 

The Gum Disease you could use OnGuard, doing a push and pull with a little water and OnGuard. Also brush you teeth with OnGuard at least twice a day. If you have pain use a little clove with the wash. Continue this until your gum problem is resolved.
