Re: [Everything doTERRA] Vitamins and age

Good for you with your daughter. Whoever told you about calcium was off base. Possibly with over the counter supplements that may be so, but not with our LLW. The are able to go to the cellular level and provide the nutrition that you need. No Fear!!

Hello,
I need a little bit of help.  Just wondering if any of you educated folks out there have ever heard of this.  I was having a discussion with someone at work about vitamins and minerals.  She stated that she was told by someone in the medical profession that your body only absorbs calcium up to the age of 35.  After that it's just flushed from your body.  (I hope not cause I need my calcium and I'm not keen on the idea of those drugs they have for osteoporosis!)  I've never heard of this and I wonder if it's true.
Also, my 12 year old daughter just started to be able to swallow pills.  Right away I started giving her doTERRA's LLW.  I cut the amount in half because of her age.  Sound right?  She takes 1 Alpha CRS, 2 Microplex VM and 1 EO Mega.  Thanks in advance for your suggestions.
