RE: [Everything doTERRA] spa night

Health Food stores are good places to buy it (citric acid) in bulk – much cheaper than even WalMart!

You put a quart of epsom salt in a large container add your choice of oils, two or three using about 5-6 drops into the salt.

Stir well until salt is well coated. Place in glass containers with lids. When ready to soak add the salt to the warm water,

swish and submerge. This could be for feet or for the bath, enjoy!!

Citric Acid, try the drug store, look in the canning department.

Hi Could you please tell us all howto combine the epsom salts and essential oils for the foot baths?  I hope to do a spa night soon at my gym.  The owner already is using the lavender oil herself and she is anxious to have a ladies' spa night soon.  I love the idea of fizzies too but where do you get citric acid?

Thanks for all your help!  I have learned so much from all of you!

Last night I had a party....expected 5-6 got 13!  We had a blast....I had told the hostess to have everybody bring a foot bath (a small plastic basin-dish pail) and a towel.  I supplied the oils, the hostess the hot water.  The excitement was so high and it was so noisy before we started that to have it on video would have been priceless!!  We filled the pails, (hostess did not have the epsom salts like I had suggested) so I just put 1 drop of Lavender in each one and had them put their feet in it.   I had to cut my talk really short because some of them looked like drooping violets....talk about funny!!   Their tension, anxiety, stress just melted away.   KISS....keep it simple sweetie!!   We wiped feet dry, put on shoes and then I taught them to do each others hands.   Wow!   They were so excited to have learned it and wanted to come to another one!   We had signups and interest in doing the business too!!  I added a "by the way" for the skin care line (sold it too)..... Now that's what I'm talking about!   HA!   ps...do you have a recipe for bath fizzies?  I do ...let me know if you want it.     Julie Ann

Hi!

Does anyone have some good ideas for a spa night?  I want to introduce the skin care system, and talk about the oils in them.  I also want to let them make bath salts with the oils. Are there other things I can share?
