Blocked tear ducts. I would put some carrier oil and a drop of lavender in your hand. Dab your finger in it then place your finger in the corner of the eye, being careful to not get it in the eye and roll down the side of the nose to drain. When I was nursing my babies and they got this, I would squirt my milk into their eyes as well.
As for the bowed legs, have they tried leg braces? My sister had to use them for a few months and it took care of the problem. Many times the bowed legs will straighten out when they get around 15 to 18 months. There is a disease that causes bowed legs that requires surgery but that is not the norm. If it were my child, I would apply Aromatouch up her spine and legs in the AM and PM.
I hope the parents will use their intuition about their child and act accordingly. These are not life and death situations, so I would pray about it before I let anyone do surgery.
Let us know how things go.
