aromatherapy journals out there as well. The thing that helped me a
lot was to talk to my sister who is a chemist and she was able to
explain exactly why the oils worked and why they were safe and why
synthetic drugs have so many side effects. At the end of the day
however the best way to know if the oils work or if they're safe is to
