I can't open them either. What I do have is some great recipes from Kerry Henderson on cooking with oils and raw foods. Also some great green drinks that I have shared before. Kerry lives in Midway and was involved in getting Leslie into Zermott. She is an amazing cook and we will be using her recipes in our Helping Hands cook book.

Hi Everyone,

It was great to see all of you at the doTERRA event last weekend in the class on "Using Oils With Food."

I have attached the handout from the class.  It has great ideas about creating a "Culinary Kit" of essential oils.  Please feel free to make copies of this and share it.  I have made a couple of changes on the document so it no longer says anything about using dill essential oil since we don't have that one - yet. (giggle:)  **Don't forget to use BROWN sesame seeds when you make the Birdseed bars. They taste better than the white seeds.

I have also attached the AMAZING recipe for Honey-Lemon Cake with Lavender Icing.  Mmmm.  This is a recipe that will dazzle.
