Subject: Re: [Everything doTERRA] DEAD fingernail

Aloha all,
(athough I am Australian I am a specialist in Hawaiiian Lomi Lomi and
Temple Style massage and I run workshops).
First of all thank you to all of you; especially you Pat for the love and
healing suggestions that is shared so freely with the group. It is so
uplifting and inspirational.
I would like to contribute my detailed testimonial re healing fungal toe
nails, ulcerated tissue between toes and finally a nail that had been dead
for over 15 years HAS STARTED GROWING AGAIN!
I do hope this may be a inspiration re the dead fingernail.
I have also ATTACHED THE TESTIMONIAL AS A WORD DOCUMENT.
Do Terra – Treat Toe Fungus 2010
Question:
I've read lots on using oils with toe nail fungus..-..does anyone have any
testimonials on what actually works????
What would be the best oil/s to use if the fungus is systemic and what
topical oil have people had success with??? Thank you
Answer
Treat a bad toe fungus internally and topically.
Take the do terra supplement GX Assist internally Or make a capsule with 5
drops of lemon and melaleuca and 3 drops of oregano.
Take daily for 30 days
Or take do Terra GX Assist 3 times a day for a month.
Apply Oregano and/or Lemongrass directly on the fungus.
You need to be aggressive and consistent. Pat
Response:
I can concur with the above. I acquired bad toe nail fungus beginning March
2010 from a week of walking around in warm, slightly muddy water at Byron
Bay Northern NSW Australia during an intensive workshop.
Subsequently; I was horrified at the state of most of my toe nails.
It has taken 4-5months of twice daily applications of On Guard, and Oregano
occasionally – poured onto gap between top of toe and tip of nail then
rubbed in (if it 'stings' I add a little dôTerra Fractionated Coconut Oil
over the top & massage into the nails).
I also used Lemongrass occasionally, Melaleuca – regularly(almost daily)
and a smear of Lavender with an overlay of Lemon occasionally. These oils I
dropped onto top side of each nail and massaged into the nail bed at the
bottom of each nail.
It took time and patience, because the infected part of the nail also has to
grow out. Even though the fungus is being killed the old part of the nail
that is affected finally can be cut off and the healthy new nail is
what you have left. This is easiest if you soak your feet in very warm
water with suitable essential oils added and keep resoaking feet as you cut
and trim the toe nails.
At beginning of this treatment period I followed my lady doctor's advise
(she is also a Naturopath/Herbalist as well as being a MD). She recommended
I take the GX assist 3 times a day with meals FOR 6 WEEKS STRAIGHT - then
followed by the PB Assist to knock out Candida and internal fungus that was
affecting the skin on the bottom of my feet.
Dr Hill had told me that I needed to take GX Assist when he saw the skin on
the bottom of my feet during an AromaTouch Training here in Sydney December
2009.
During the period of treating my toe nails I continued my dôTerra Life Long
Wellness Supplementation(now taking Life Long Vitality trio of
supplements) and later on - took
GX Assist 3 times a day after meals (10days) followed by PBAssist Probiotic
3 times a day(5 days) for 3 months.
NOTE:
Now a year after I started this treatment I have noticed that the second toe
nail (on right foot) that had been destroyed 15 years ago by working in
rubber boots every day had finally started to grow again !!!
This nail had been almost non-existent – there was only about 1 centimetre
of a darkened knobby ridge that never grew.
Healed fleshy ulcer between toes.
Also I had a type of open 'ulcer that had developed in the fleshy web
between the right foot big toe and the second toe. This was because my left
big toe is distorted from a pain-free bunion).
Walking daily in sea water for a few days did help keep area clean and I
could remove a lot of dead skin. But did not heal. Back home I decided to
use my doTERRA oils aggressively
Daily alternate applications of Lavender and Melaleuca did not heal this
open fleshy sore. They Just kept it clean with layers of moist white skin
at the edges. There was no infection(of course).
After few months I had the inspiration to apply a drop neat lemon oil once
or twice a day onto open area and rub in. Within 6 weeks it was TOTALLY
HEALED! Only a small dip in the healed flesh between the toes remains. The
area remains clean and clear.
Thank goodness for the purity and healing power of doTERRA CPTG Essential
Oils!
