I just started the Deep Blue capsules when I got back to the states. I did the cleanse a couple of months ago without too many side effects (no diarrhea like before). I have been taking three a say, but haven't noticed much improvement. I will give the oils a rest for now. Thanks, Sz

It sounds as if there is a sensitivity to the oils. Possibly try the Deep Blue Phenol for pain and allow the skin to heal on the knee area. Is it possible you could have a candida problem?

I have used lemongrass, frank, and heli on my knees for quite some time for a combination of problems. Recently I read to start with Balance. I dilute those three by about 50% with FCO. I used the Balance neat. Within a couple of days both knees broke out in a spotty rash. I stopped the Balance and put lavender on the rash. That didn't help so I tried Correct X. The rash didn't spread and seemed to be drying out. This has been more than two weeks and the dried bumps are still there.
