So it sounds like for the last three days you have used 5 different oils to help alleviate your sinus problem. I think you haven't given any of them a fair chance and it would have also been hard to have been very consistent. You are looking for instant relief and that doesn't always happen.
Try this to help your body: 1 cup hot steaming water with 1 drop of oregano, lemon, melaleuca and on guard. Hold it over your nose and inhale, continue to inhale until the water cools or you feel relief.
