I have tried every oil you can think of, applied it to my sinuses, applied to the tips of the toes, and even inhaled all of them and nothing will get rid of this sinus headache. the ME book says Breathe, Eucalyptus, Digestzen, Helichrysum, and rosemary and yes I have used them all. Any suggestions? The only thing that normally helps with this is migraine meds (Immatrex) and then it usually ends up coming back. HELP PLEASE! I don't want to use my migraine meds!
