OK, here's an update. I started taking the LLV with my BP meds (same time) and my BP did NOT go up. I also take ALL of the LLV and again my BP hasn't changed for the negative. This work for me. My BP still isn't where it should be, but way lower than it was. As soon as it's good and consistant, I'll start playing with the oils to see if I can improve things. BTW...I also use a couple drops of lemon and grapefruit oil in my water too with no raising of the BP. I have a BP monitor so was constantly checking my #s after doing something different.
