my sons labrador got into a fight with a porcupine & a whole bunch of the porcupines quills got stuck in the dog. I was able to pull most of them out except 2. one of them is inside the snout & the other one in right next to the snout. There are pus pockets that have formed around the sites. What oils would I use & how would I apply them?
