This is not an oil, but a great way to lower blood sugar, it is called bitter melon or bitter gourd. You get it at asian food markets fresh or as a tea. I get a cannister in the dehydrated version and infuse about a tablespoon per cup. If you buy fresh, you must buy the ones with no bruises and slice and take out the seeds. There is no need to peel. Cut it up and blend it with water, strain and drink about 3 or4 ounces before breakfast. Repeat before dinner if you have really high numbers. Word of warning, it really lives up to it's name and is extremely bitter. That is why I drink the tea instead :) I tried fresh the first time. It may be more potent that way. Monitor your blood sugars regularly as it is very effective. I had pre-diabetes before bitter melon and I personally have shared this info with others who have had great success. One texted me that their A1C result came out as 6.4 after being in the 9 range before! My morning fasting numbers used to be low 100's to low 120's and now below 100 even as low as 81. I am only drinking the tea occasionally now. Research it, pretty amazing! The info I found had a testimonial of a man who says it cured him after about six months of daily use. He drank the fresh juice. God gave us some great plants to help us heal! Definitely I say keep taking LLV. From all the testimonials on here it takes time and is not always immediate. God bless.
