It probably means it is blocked out, too many orders are being processed that day.  On the day you want, you might be able to try clicking the ship now button, I can't remember if it will go through as LRP though.

I want to change the date for my LRP order so I can call it in on the phone but cannot change it online. There is one available date (the 13th) but nothing happens when I click on Edit and then the date.  Maybe there's another way I don't know about?
