My little guy (23 months) has a what I think to be a stomach virus, but mild! He threw up once yesterday and once this morning. No other symptoms. In fact, I am still not 100% sure that is what he has!
We are trying to avoid it, of course, and have 3 other children we don't want to get sick.
Lots of hand washing, flu bombs, digest-zen, and diffusing on gaurd!
Does anyone know of any other ideas to possibly avoid it or to shorten the life of it if we do get it?
Oh! I also put Melissa on his spine.
I did read that they are not contagious days before like I had always suspected (that is with colds and flu) but only become contagious after they vomit or get diarreah (he has no diarreah at all!) and that you are still contagious THREE days after the last vomit. I never knew that! Also, the virus can stay on surfaces longer than any other virus-THREE whole weeks! So crazy! Just wanted to add all that in for others. You learn something new every day! :)
Thanks everyone!
