[Everything doTERRA] Re: Menstral cramps

I have had luck with Clary Sage for cramps. I have also found since being on the LLV, and most notably after eating cleaner and eliminating corn syrup and added sugars (only eating natural sugar in the form of fruits etc) it has REALLY helped tame my menstrual cramps down. I hardly even noticed last time. And I used to get really bad, doubled over and not able to move type of cramps.

Last week my daughter woke up in the middle of the night doubled over in pain. She kept saying "it hurts so bad." After about 20 minutes of this, my husband decided that we need to take her to the emergency room because we were thinking appendicitis. Before we left, I rubbed a few drops of Deep Blue on her lower abdomen hoping it would give her some relief. Shortly after getting to the ER, she said she was feeling much better and started to feel better when I applied the Deep Blue. When the Dr. came, she said it was just a severe case of menstrual cramps. We felt a little foolish to be in the ER for menstrual cramps, but very happy that the Deep Blue worked so well. So happy that we can use the oils now instead of Ibuprofen all the time.
