My best friend was recently diagnosed with Interstitial Cystitis. She also was diagnosed a year ago with endometriosis. She suffers from chronic pain, nausea, diarrhea and sometimes vomiting (also lots of fevers). She has gone off all wheat and her doctor recommended that she now stay away from acidic foods (such as sodas, citrus fruits, etc.). I just recently gave her the Family Physician's Kit for Christmas and want to try to help her gain relief from the oils rather than painkillers that the doctor is prescribing. Can someone please help me know what oils are best for her IC and the symptoms that go along with it? Thanks! --
