I have really bad acid reflux, I use Peppermint, I rub it on the base of my neck on the soft spot right before the collar bone or take a drop in my mouth,..and sometimes I use DigestZen by dropping a drop in my mouth, It all works great! And its a lot less than $2.00 a pill. Peppermint is only .9 cents a drop
