but I would also look at how much you are on your feet, and if you are
having any kind of allergic reaction or kidney or liver pain as well. That
could be a sign of something much more significant. The grapefruit is good,
and you can also be putting it directly on your ankle too.
If it was me I would first, elevate my feet as much as possible, then rub
lemon on your ankles to help reduce swelling. I would probably drink lemon
in water as much as possible as well. I would also use cypress
(circulatory). If you don't have those, use AromaTouch for its circulatory

I'm in a world of hurt. When I don't get enough sleep, my ankles swell. I'm
on a contract that isn't going well and haven't slept much this week.
My ankles are about three times their normal size. It will get worse when I
fly home Friday. It hurts!
I took 5 drops slim and Sassy and 10 drops grapefruit in a bottle of water
with no affect. I'm worried about heart attack.
I have many oils with me. Any suggestions before my legs explode?
