YOu really shouldn't burn the oils. At least not the doTERRA oils. They may become toxic, or not have any aroma at all. They are not good for making candles for that very reason. Anyway, the best way to diffuse the oils without the expense of one of our super diffussers is to purchase some wooden sticks. Put them into your oil of choice, and just let them stay open with the sticks. When your finished for the day, take the stick out and put the cap back on. I'm sure you have seen those type of diffusers in the store. I think Wal-Mart carries the sticks to buy separate from their little diffusser kits. I have done this myself and have been very happy with the result. (I'm a retired substitute teacher for jr. high and high school). Aromatools.com has this very suggestion in their monthly archives of crafts and gifts. Good luck with that. Happy oiling,
