roman chamomile. The oils have really helped her. She can now sleep
through the night without being disturbed with her restless legs.
However, today we read in the Modern Essentials book that basil, which
is in aroma touch should be completely avoided in pregnancy. Also,
marjoram, is to be used with extreme caution (the book says) in
pregnancy. What should we do? Are these oils really to be avoided
during pregnancy. I don't want to have your opinion, I would like
facts.

Is there anyone who can reply to this, I wondered too because a chiropractor who wants his massage therapist to use the oils and aroma touch was concerned because she is pregnant.
