Thats a pretty healthy fever, if it does not go down, I would go see a doctor.  You are doing the right things.  If she can swallow a capsule, I would put 4 drops frankincense, 3 drops digest zen in a capsule and drink down with a full cup of water.  Use the reflexology chart on our sister site; http://everythingessential.me/Hints/Reflexology.html#page=page-2 and work corresponding areas of concern with frankincense, rosemary, digest zen and peppermint. I like your spinal treatment.
