I called and they said it is normal, I think it is because the citrus isn't a true essential oil because it is cold pressed from the peel. I would bet that is what is going on with the Slim and Sassy. Sometimes it depends too on the temperature the oil is kept at because I have had bottles that have been cloudy on some days and not others. I would call just to make sure but this has been my experience.

Subject: [Everything doTERRA] Cloudy Slim & Sassy--
Hi Everybody! Hope you are all enjoying a nice summer! I am using Slim & Sassy everyday, but this latest bottle I am using has turned quite cloudy. Has anyone else experienced this? Should I stop taking it and open a new bottle? The doTERRA office is closed now for the weekend, so hoping to get an answer from all you wonderful people in the group!98 degrees and steamy in New Jersey! Need lots of Sassy water! Wish I was back in Utah where there is no humidity! Thanks and have a great weekend!Grace in NJ
