[Everything doTERRA] Re: white spots

No they are not bumpy or have I put citrus oils, he has had it before
and I've used hydrocortisone but this time it doesn't seem to be
helping. He only has it on one side of his face and it doesn't bother
him. And he had it before going to the swimming pool so I'm assuming
thats not it. And no known allegies. Thank you so much I will put
frankicnese at night.
