My husband usually has terrible allergies this time of year. A few
years ago before we got into doTerra, he'd sneeze continually and his
eyes would water non-stop if he didn't take medication. Last year, he
did not take the medication but used the combo of lavender, lemon &
peppermint to help him manage the symptoms. This year? The pollen
from the pine trees is so thick that when the wind comes up and shakes
it from the trees, it looks like a Saharan dust storm! And yet, he's
hardly experienced any symptoms! I attribute this to his regular
intake of the LifeLongWellness pack because that's the one thing he
has done faithfully, daily.
