There is some very interesting information on these groups and I have
asked a few questions but if anyone can direct me towards pamphlets
and books on recipes for uses of essentials oils , I would be
grateful. I do have one book.
Also wondering if anyone might be able to advise on what oils I could
use for blepharitis. It is an eye problem where the eye is dry and
goes red and sore in the eyeball and around the eyelids. The
specialist has said the eye area needs to be clean and dry. In
photos you dont look well because of the eyes.
Would be grateful for information on both.
