Re: [Everything doTERRA] Re: Pre-mixing oils and storing methods

We should never use plastic because of the strength of the oils and when
you put oil in plastic is also grabs on to the plastic so you really aren't getting
all the oils.

I mix only one bottle at a time.  We consume purified water at my
house.  I keep it in a glass 'iced tea' gallon jug with a spout.  It
sits on the counter ready for anyone.  I bought some Arizona Iced Tea
at the convenience store, dumped it out (I don't like tea) and use the
glass bottle.  It has a great tight fitting metal lid.  I fill it up,
drop in 3 drops of whatever oil I'm in the mood for, cap it, shake it
once, drink away, and repeat.  I do get some strange looks sometimes
when I travel with my drink, but it opens up a conversation about
oils....

Does anyone have any information about if it is bad to put oils in
water in plastic containers???  I personally stick to glass, but I
have had people ask me and couldn't find an answer.
