Yes it is. Not everyone is affected that way, are you drinking plenty of lemon water? Hang in there, you may not even feel better until you start the PB Assist.

I personally did the LLW at the same time as I was doing the GX Assist. According to Dr. Hill

his only suggestion was that we take the GX either before or after we take the LLW, (30 minutes)

and also the same with the PB.

The only reason we suggested doing the cleanse before starting on the LLW, was due to the many

health problems she has. You need to start with the cleanse and when completed then start the LLW.

The next month she can continue with her LLW and do the cleanse again, because now her system is

more attuned to all of this pure nutrition.

Thanks for asking, it was a good point that needed to be clarified.
