If I were you and had as many auto immune problems as you do, I would not
start the LLW until I had completed the GX assist and then the PB assist. This
would be fifteen days and then I would start the LLW.
You are going to be so excited to see the wellness begin, you will hardly know how
to grasp it all.

I would LOVE any advice/help/suggestions/support during this time. I
know that doing a cleanse isn't the easiest thing in the world. But I
am SO ready for it!
