Just remember to keep your smoothies at 6 ounces or less at a time or you will overload with sugar - you can drink 6 ounces and wait 15 minutes and drink another 6.

Hi
 I just started giving my 12 yr old son a  fruuit smoothie every
 morning with the one of the VM and the CRS.  He has HAD  digestive
 issues and has almost immediatly seen great  results from getting what
 his body needs. ( mom is not so dumb is she)  He now sees how
 important is it to  drinking alot of water, be active, and  to eat
 healthy  foods that our bodies need so that he doesn't continue to
 have this concern later in life. I still have yet to figure out how to
 give him the EO and cover up the taste. ???
