I would try ON GUARD 1 drop in the palm of your hand and rub their front paws in it - you can do this a few times a day for several days and let us know what happens.

I believe it is a respiratory infection that is causing problems with his breathing. She loves animals, and really wants information on how to use the oils on them. If you are familiar with that - she would love to communicate with someone more knowledgeable on the subject! I am no help there unfortunately.
