Yes - great info - I'm sticking with my organic cane sugar and raw organic honey as sweeteners and using those in moderation (alot less than I'm used to)

I saw the above information today on Dr. Mercola's website about Sugars and specifically fructose.  I use agave and was surprised to see it on the list of sugars to avoid.  Dr. Mercola's link led me to watch the entire 1 and a half hour class from youtube.com by Dr. Robert Lustig and it is called "Sugar: The Bitter Truth".  It is very academic (I felt a bit lost when he went over the biochemistry of sucrose vs. ethanol vs. fructose).  It was very interesting and I feel even more aware of reading labels to avoid fructose (specifically high fructose corn syrup).
