Re: [Everything doTERRA] tendonitis or tendonosis?

I have ongoing problems with shoulder pain, and when it starts to build up, I find basil very helpful, especially after a visit to the chiro. When I get a massage, I bring basil along and ask them to use a couple of drops on problem areas. I've found it also helps with an overworked muscle in elbow or wrist. Not a cure, but helps alleviate the pain and help my body heal the inflammation.

Subject: [Everything doTERRA] tendonitis or tendonosis?

Hi everyone.  I am having an issue with either tendonitis or tendonosis.  I have continual pain on and near my left elbow.  I have been going to a chiropractor who tells me that when he gets my spine in line?? I will be out of pain.  So far after 5 treatments I have had no relief.  I ice it daily and have begun to wear a brace to try to relieve the pain to no avail.  Does anyone have any ideas that can help me?  If so please explain how you use the oils.  I would love to know that the oils will help and I can bypass the doctor who will be my next try.
