I'm dealing with this right now too. I've been using lemongrass as well and sometimes the deep blue rub. Sometimes if it hurts in the middle of the night I use past tense because it's on my headboard. It has all kinds of oils that can help the body with pain. Also, icing the feet helps. Freeze a water bottle and roll the foot over it. That way you get a massage out of it and ice it at the same time. Stretching helps too.
