Re: [Everything doTERRA] Re: Bones hurt...help!

I agree. My daughter has leg pain from growing too. (Confirmed by her doctor.) I've been massaging the area, using heat or ice occasionally, and rolling on the tension blend.

To my experience, "growing pains" are a legitimate pain. Couple growth spurts with strenuous physical activity and one is likely to hurt.

Depending on the ages of the children she may want to try White Fir topically [or layer White Fir over Wintergreen] to address the pain. Since we're likely talking large areas I'd definitely dilute (which I do anyway) the oils so that they'll spread over a larger area. Either make a salve with unrefined coconut oil or a roller bottle with fractionated coconut oil to make application easier. She can dilute to the strength that she wants. As a guideline, a 3% solution is approx 14 drops EO to 10ml carrier oil.

I have a friend who's has several older KIDS and all of them complain about their bones hurting (so much it wakes them up in the middle of the night).  They play soccer and have had test run, but nothing shows up.  Is there such a thing as bones hurting?  And if so, is there a oil for that?

Thank you.
