He had a shot in his back a few months ago that completely took the pain away but it is back full force and he can't even get in to see the doctor until the first of next month. What has helped the 2 disks in my neck in addition to the ATT is marjoram for spasms, lemongrass & helichrysum for the tissue, balance for alignment, w/ white fir & wintergreen (birch does better if you have it) for pain. The helichrysum also helps with the pain and I mix that with clove for my knee and sometimes I do apply that combo to my neck as well, but the clove is warm so be careful.
