All the oils suggested are great. Do them. May I add something really important here. I have adopted kids with trauma histories and a child who was suffered a lot of trauma from sexual abuse, when she was 8. While the oils can and will help her immensely, you must release the trauma in her DNA, tissues, muscles and memory. You will have three times the success with oils if you do emotional release work with her. I know this because I have seen it!
Vetiver for trauma, balance, melissa, frankincense, bergamot are all wonderful. But, coming from a mother who has done just about everything, it will speed up the process so much quicker if this work done.
