There are many schools of thought on this. Mostly she has to supplment with some form of thyriod hormone (none of our oils can help with this as there is no thyriod tissue to act upon). (This is just my personal view on the subject as I, too, do not have a thyriod. She can injest pig or cow thyriod to try to get the hormones she needs (from a natural source.) Aurmor was an animal based product that could be used to supplment for thyriod homrones but it has been un-reliably avaiable and I do not know if it is still on the market. Sorry if this is not clear or raises more questions than answers but it's the info I have found in my journey.
