I'm new as well. I did read to put 8 drops of Slim & Sassy in a 16 ounce glass or steel container. It tasted fine and when I read "oil and water don't mix" it makes sense, so I too am curious as to how this is supposed to work.
-- I'm excited on this new adventure. I would love to get off some of my medications for high blood pressure. We will see what happens. I'm glad this group exists...this way I can get educated....
