For a while I thought my teeth were getting clearer (not sure what that inner stuff is called), but since using the on guard toothpaste for about 2 or 3 weeks now it looks like it's regrowing :-) also they seem whiter, and they actually feel clean, like "I was just at the dentist" clean. I usually only brushed at night, didn't care to even floss, but now I look forward to brushing & flossing twice a day, and have even started oil pulling in the morning cuz I get to brush right after :-). Hubby & kids love it, and my parents are starting to use it as well.
