Lime essential oil works well for our family. Remember to be cautious in the sunshine. Any citrus oil will create a higher rate if photosensitivity. We use a drop over the nose and spread under the eyes on the sinuses. Then we use another on the throat. If you tend to have sensitive skin add coconut oil to that drop.
My asthma son love breathe on his chest and back followed by lime.
