Kathy, Sorry to step outside the doTERRA circle here. I love and use doTERRA, but don't know the answer to this question with a doTERRA answer, but regarding your mom's poor circulation, there is a company named Synergy which has a product called ProArgi9+ which is fabulous for increasing circulation. It essentially turns the inside of blood vessels from velcro to teflon. It uses natural products to extend the length of time nitric oxide reactions last in the body. Check it out.
