It is quite a reach for the yeast to be a bother, since it really is just the isoflavins, which is a derivative from the yeast, but they have to put yeast to follow the law.
Even I, who have had considerable yeast problems, have no problems with the VM. If you feel good about taking them, and/or you muscle test positive then you should have no problem.
