I went off of antidepressants last year after being on them for over 10 years. Work with your Dr for sure because if not done properly, it can make you very sick! Before I started weaning myself off, I started LLV. I believe that was key to helping me!!! I also used Elevation, Balance, Serenity for sure. I layered them on the bottom of my feet at least 3 times a day. I also inhaled them (put a drop in my palms, rubbed them together and held them over my nose and breathed deeply) when needed. I also would put one on my shirt or scarf (which ever one I felt I needed that day) so I could smell them when ever I needed.
